Driving value for our portfolio through ESG

As part of our extensive value creation offering, we’re hosting a series of ESG (environmental, social and governance) workshops, specifically aimed at helping leadership teams in our portfolio.

Our latest ESG survey showed that the number of businesses in the BGF portfolio measuring greenhouse gas emissions increased by 45% since the previous year, while we’ve seen a 36% increase in businesses setting their own environmental targets.

Our ESG workshops equip scaleups with the tools and expertise they need to drive more sustainable practices — from defining key focus areas, when first setting up an ESG strategy, to formulating policies and overcoming implementation challenges.
