Our investment in Newett Homes in 2023 has allowed the business to accelerate its build rate and is supporting the team’s ambitious growth strategy. As part of the deal, John Cassie joined the company’s board as Non-Executive Chair, following an introduction by our Talent Network team. John brings considerable industry experience to Newett Homes, as the former Regional Chair of Persimmon Plc and the Non-Executive Chair of Campion Homes (previously backed by BGF).
