We invested in the London-headquartered business in 2015, to accelerate its international growth plans in the North American market.

Following our investment, NewVoiceMedia grew rapidly, serving more than 700 customers, across six continents. It was positioned in the Leaders’ quadrant of Gartner Inc’s Magic Quadrant for Contact Centre as a Service, Western Europe, and in 2018 was named by Forbes as one of the world’s top 100 cloud companies.

In 2018, we exited our minority stake to NYSE-listed communications provider Vonage Holdings Corp for $350 million.
